Its definatly not an easy game to learn. Combat isnt like most other games i find. I can spend an hour hunting a couple guys just to have them jump on me and have the fight over in less than a minute. But that 1 minute of combat is always fun.
Also I find with eve there are so many facets of the game getting to find one you truely enjoy can take time, and alot of reading. Depends if you want to be a combat pilot a miner a industrialist or a trader there are guides for every part of the game on there forums. Prolly one of the best well documented games out there by the community.
