Friend bought a new LiteOn 24x10x40 CDR-W drive and is having problems writing any iso or bin/cues. It will say it wrote fine,and can look at the CD and tell that it burnt something to it, but there's no data there.
We've updated the firmware, and are trying to use nero or CDRwin to burn them. The files check out ok, so they aren't corrupt. We've tried to convert bin/cue over to .iso w/ binchunker and still same thing. Only think we can get to work is burning just normal files/ (s)vcds. I can't figure out what the problem is. I had this happen to me once w/ fireburner and I quit using it. But it happens nero and cdrwin which I've never had a problem w/. Any ideas WTF is going on or how to fix it?
