yeah, we have that.
we got it after about 2weeks to 1 month of us being in game.
thats why shit is so slow right now.
Sorry dood, when I was summarizing the PVP I should have also told you that it takes a good 2 months to get a character that is able to 'compete' with the already estabilished PVP peeps.
It would be shorter, but the best idea is to get those learning skills up to Tier II Level 4 first.
