this was probably HLM's 6th or 7th match period, when the only clan members were all in the same office. it wasn't a decoy, the cyborg had pursued the carrier all the way back from capping (the BR player had pursued the cyborg the whole way, cyborg capped, cyborg chased pursuer back to their fr but had no ammo)
