I'll power level any char 27+ (i'm 46 and staying there for as long as I possible can).
I'm going to have to kill my guy off again since he's 76 percent towards level....again. I actually like power leveling because it means I get less XP and don't have to kill myself off because I'm too close to leveling. So the more the merrier. Angela last night had a 27 acrobat that we leveled to 30 in a little less than an hour =).
