Subject: 32 bit build is up

Didn't take long. Worked on 64bit till it built without errors, but brought the project over to my 32bit machine and it built there fine, so the environment if's are working.

If anything it's a bit faster, but trigger sounds are fubar'd till I figure out what happened.

Watching those videos on google video made me open up my wfa build of q3, so that with all the stuff turned back on should be up in a few days.

yea it's all server-side admin settings for homing, magnos, turrets, and tons of math fixes, but it's gonna be up to y'all to figure out the pk3 structure to work with older maps on a pure server.

plus there's a few "surprises" with Acrid's playcode from TC, won't say much but think of the q2 spy but the engineer.
