i play my dvds on my computer and put it on my tv with the tv-out. now the dvd's are choppy- like doesnt run smooth but its bareable. now what part of my computer is this? i have a p3 533, 256mb ram, gf2 pro, and a cheap 10x dvd. so is it the dvd player or the 533mhz or what? if i were to get a 1600xp would it solve my problem?
