most ppl need them yanked, i had one come in fine but yes, even if they do come in and yourr jaw doesn't have enough room, they'll push the rest your teeth forward and crooked. I have a few teeth that started to get push over the one onfront of it, finally got mine yanked a few years ago. So it's a good idea to get it done ASAP. And it's not all that bad, they knocked me out, yanked all 4 and was feelin GOOOOOOD when I woke up. And was eating solid food that night. But everyones different. You might be in deathly pain for days!! bwhahahahaha J/K suck it up pussy!!
