The Visiontek uses 4ns memory too. In fact, the slowest memory they have on all the GF 3 Ti200 are the 4ns ones. That's why you are able to overclock all GF 3 Ti200's to at least regular GF 3 levels. The first batch of visionteks used a faster 3.8ns memory but not anymore.
