sorry it wasnt built on Pokemon. Pokemon was created maybe a few years ago (after the n64). They found something marketable and they made billions off of it. They never centered anything around it. Just like Power Rangers (more on PSX than any other system last I remember aswell) marketing is a big player.
Have you played Banjo Kazooie? It's not ADULT Themed but its FUN as fuck. Conkers? Adult themed completely and fun as hell. Perfect Dark? Goldeneye?
Give me a break. Guts and blood don't make a game. If that's what you want.. go play Time Killers......oh wait....PSX picked up that game too didnt they? I remember it winning "Worst Fighter of all Time."

You guys base your fun on too much of the superficial shit. Metal Gear doesn't have that much action in it, its all sneaking around. Sure it's fun but I mean come on.. you want HOW many games like that?
By the way, Slug.. n64 never died. It never flew off in Japan but in the US it was successful more than you can imagine. It catered to kids and adults with a variety of games.
