Well, it's not like this board is a hotbed of activity.
I don't see any danger of "stupid" threads continually being moved to the top.
And if a moderator thinks that is happening, (s)he can always lock the thread or delete it (another thing that most boards allow).
BTW, I haven't visited the official WFA boards for a while, but the last time I was there, the threads were not showing up in last-post order, but in first-post order (like here, but reversed, with the oldest thread on top).
I don't know if it was because of my browser settings or what.
