Thats not a crime of passion mikey its premeditated murder and you would probably get the death penatly. Now if you find him raping your wife i say you should be allowed to kill the fucker on the spot and not get charged with anything.
A "crime of passion" must be completed in the heat of the moment not the next day. Thats considerd premeditated murder and gets classified as first degree.
