Whats the best/biggest fishing experience you've ever had?
I guess mine is about 10 years ago off So. Cal. at a popular spot called Davey Jones Locker. Me and 2 buddys were out for Stripers and Halibut useing squid for bait and I hooked into this 7 foot blue shark. There was no way we could get the fucker into the boat as our gaff was a dull POS! Couldnt even hook the fucker with it. "You brought a gaff right Duane?" "Yea I brought a gaff." Stupid fucker!
Other fisherman were having probs that day with the sharks too but they were smart and brought rifles.
I didnt land the fucker that day but we caught a nice buzz though.
