Nah I have this problem with Imageshack sometimes when I access images from other forums. Its likely an intermittent problem on their end, or something between Cox and them that causes it.
Personally I think its them. I've worked for a couple cable providers in my time and as far as solid networks are concerned Cox can't be fucked with. One years solid uptime on this modem so far, not a single outage or network problem.
