2strong, sky, cruel, denali, acid, etc. All of these maps except Cruel have gameplay issues. 2strong's halls were horrendous. The halls were so cramped because they were made for 150 ping gunners. Stronger is a much better map than 2strong2. Sky's mid is garbage. A gunner who knows how to play it and can play it well can really lame it up hard. Denali is straight up too defense oriented. It takes way too long for the offense to get to the enemy FR and way too quick for the D to respawn. Acid just has a bad layout. I understand why people like this map, but there is almost no strategy involved in this map. Cancer3, TheSlab, 2Fort2001, 3Level2 and Zero are the classic. Cancer3, TheSlab (the version that removes the random spawn), 2Fort2001, Cruel3, 3Level2, Zero, Gensurf4 and Control, Abyss2 and Stronger are maps that have flawless layouts. Good WFA maps include Sky, Denali, Acid, Aggressor, Kheops2. All of these maps suffer from midfield issues one way or another. Sky - Too sniper and gunner friendly Denali - Too sniper friendly Acid - Too sniper friendly Aggressor - Too gunner friendly Kheops2 - Too gunner friendly. Denali suffers from a respawn timing issue. Kheops2 suffers from the worst flag stand in WFA history. - Z |
