Send me an email if you are interested in joining the exploratory team. When you send your request, give me some info about you please... what you think you can contribute, links to any other work you have done (related or not) that might show your dedication and/or skillsets. A little personal info might be useful too... age, whether married or not, how much time you think you could REALLY devote to the project per week (and don't put 40+ hours just because that is how long you play games every week :p very few people can JUST do dev work without taking breaks or playing other games.)
You get the idea... sell yourself. At this point dedication and a willingness to learn on your own is what I'm looking for. Hit me up.
I'll give you an example: When I started working on wfa I didn't know a single thing about 3d modelling. About half of the models and weapons in WFA were made by me (poorly of couse) after I spent the time and personal effort to learn how. It was hard, it was long, and it was difficult but I did it and am a better game designer because of it in the long run even though I'll never do that again ;) I did all the leg work to learn on my own... noone had to push me to do it. I don't want people on the dev team who will require constant monitoring and prodding to get work done (Hi v3! j/k)
