Well once I get the final version of Doom 3 I would imagine SS and I will get together and have a talk... once we sort things out between the two of us, we can look at who else is volunteering to help, look at what they can offer in terms of existing skills or willingness to learn (which I value more than existing skills in some cases) and how likely they are to accept a job and never follow through (which is most volunteers sadly.)
Before all that can happen though SS and I need to get our hands on the actual product and look at what it can do... look at what happens to the game when we create some test maps that are not just SUPER tight cooridoors with no los ;p
