Speaking of recommendations, I think you were going in the right direction when you created CP mode. Everything else just didn't fall into place. As it turns out the map that got played most as CP wasn't even a true CP map - it was my mini game map known as Olympus2k4-wfa. Granted even this map didn't get a ton of play time. What I am getting at is that WFA/Q4WF could be seen as something other than just a CTF mod. When people think of WF they should think of a class based mod that has a bunch of class based games. WFA could have so easily incorporated a number of other games into it: Freeze Tag, DeathMatch, Excessive, Instagib, Capturestrike, Assault.
Another thing too, next time around, do not announce whatever version will be the last version. When people have the hope of a new version, they tend to stick around. We watched the community decrease rapidly after you said 3.5b will be the last version. Much more quickly than if you hadn't.
