you can run a non-gpl'd wrapper for the executable. yea it'll be open source, but i can make a custom build of code, using upx compression that's not gpl'd.
build exe; run wrapper, wrapper absorbes exe and non gpl code for verification, server has non-gpl'd code to check for integrety. sorta what VAC does.
