about all you can do for a bit is crimes...get up the percentages then you can start trying to steal cars, but it will be slow at first. buy drugs and then sell them in another country for profit. i just go between italy and china selling pcp/opium for lots of profit. as your rank goes up, youll be able to carry more drugs at a time.
