I dunno if thats the reason or not but it was 4 days after he was given pic powers, then he was banned and given normal forum usage a few days after that.
Talk to V3 if you want them, maybe he remembers why he was banned, V3 is supposed to say why in comments but it must have slipped his mind ;)
