Lodbias, lots of stuff. You could probably get to 500fps with a cartoon picmip 5 setting, as well as some driver tweaks to turn off aliasing.
btw i think that it's been proven that ATI vs NVidia (using wffusion as a benchmark) is equal. It's the GAMES that screw things up, each vendor talking to each production company and each one squeezing stuff in that doesn't work with the other card.
