Yea, in the vinyl section, make sure you have the vinyl selected then click on vinyl colors...choose a color and click on it (between the four arrows on top of the palette) or click on change color. It will ask you to confirm and it's done. I dont remember if you have to buy the first ones..I think they're available from the start. If a price is shown to the right click on it to buy them.
