well I've thought about that.
since I'm not redistributing anything wfa (which is q3) with the package, and not redistributing anything q2, I don't see a problem.
If ID were to get pissed I think it would be more with q3fusion which runs ID's vm's and can connect to ID's q3-style gamecode servers.
