speaking if sick tracking, I've been turning on sniper mode lately with my rail gun and cl_particles 0 and can get 75%+ hit rate simply by listening to when the sound is and tracking players with my one pixel green xhair.
I hope rails are still all particles, I think I do better w/o them.
