ss, when u mean vid in vid, r U referring to one 'windowed' in another? i'm guessing that what ur friend is trying to achieve is to have both transparent upon each other; kind of like faded a bit so that both are viewable at the same time? ya, premiere will take care of that easily and it's not that hard either.
