its not a bug.
create a new texture, since now its common and its not in the wfa distro (or at least I don't think it is, hey it might be go check), as mymap/skip. make a tga for it sorta like the areaportal, and use that as a qer_editorimage.

make it 8-16 units thick.
one large skip brush, one face areaportal. as far as it not blocking vis, thats cause something else is leaking past it.
