yea but if you look at the tools eula, and then look at that post way way way embedded in here where I posted who theorized the bsp process in the 1500's, it gets fuzzy. One of the things about q3map2 is that it has a statement "(fill in your favorite EULA here)", that helps -really- firm things up.
Of course since this is all non profit (non commercial) and just an example of what can be done (like wolf ET is), it pretty much negates any commercialism taints on the license(s).
