well say you have an ogg thats 2 beats per second, and shaders that pulse one per second. you time their starting.
its not like mp3's, and there's no resampling since its streaming a .ogg and not a wav; so there's no delay.
That's what serious sam did; allot of their music matched their animations or the other way around
