Yeah I under clocked mine to 1 gig and never bothered to put it back where it was supposed to be. It got really hot at 1.4g and I have it in a place that has 0 air flow, so that is why I didn't turn it back up. I was also going to buy a bigger cooling fan and never got around to it.
