Glad you figured it out... though my mobo at home is an ASUS P4-T, and I've not had anywhere near the probs like you had Sat. (then again, I don' use that steenking XP, either.)
Meanwhile, I'm eating sudafed like candy and my sinuses are begging to be put out of their misery. Sorry I had to bail early like that.
BTW - did you try to call Sat. evening?
