i realised it should've said monday morning :/
Well if you do an r_showtris with the flamethrower you can see how it was done, lots of tiny md3's in a row (sorta like the q2 grapple which is sorta like the wf lightning gun) and a few at the end that will rise up, just nothing more then rocket explosion sprites; and when it 'touches' those rocket explosion sprites are just done at point of impact.
i dunno, i'll keep the original and just throw in the test one.
making weapons and effects is so easy now; i was tempted to make sticky sentries also; its just an alarm for all intents and purposes for placement on a level but it'd look weird with the head since it only moves on 1 axis.
