Sof2 is like ra3. No specs allowed during matches, no exceptions.
Im not sure how it works in sof2, I have never seen it happen, but in ra3 when one person drops, the next round will not start. This way it gives the team with a dropped player time to get to IRC or something and get someone else on.
Im not sure if you recall, but there was all kinds of BS flying about specs in WFA matches for a while. Somehow chacha or someone found out how to follow other people while team specing...some crap. I think allowing 0 specs is the best way.
