Most of what's in the file are scripts. Demo recorders and viewers, weapon change, zooming, loadouts...stuff like that. There is other stuff like the four digit RGBA codes for xhair colors and other settings you can use to personalize the game. ::shrugs:: Just something I started back when the game came out because there was no other source for stuff people were putting out.
