oooh, that looks like they might even ship to canada! added to bookmarks. we made enchiladas last night, with a little more authenticity.
The first batch i made was just taco meat in the tortillas, with some cheese, then the rest of the meat poured over the folded tortillas in a casserole dish, then cheese on top, and baked in the oven.
Last night i got a recipe for enchilada sauce, so i poured that on top of the folded tortillas, and it was fucking good shit. I will continue to improve my enchilada making ways until i get sick of eating them. :) |
