so the grocery doesn't have corn tortillas, OR fucking corn flour.
So here is my thought...
if i take hard taco shells, and soak them in water for a few hours (+/- a few hours), they will get soft enough to be workable. could i then use the soaked shells just like they are a corn tortilla, and make some enchilada action? the shells are cheap as fuck, and since i can get 18 tortilla shells for like 1.50$, i'd be in good shape.
dun really care if it's "authentic", as long as i can fucking make some enchiladas up in this fucking country. |
