The white, softys are made of flour. Seen em made of wheat also. The yellow is a corn tortilla. If you can get the latter thick enough, they're great. Usually they're thin like what yer mom prolly got and not too good for tacos. Used to work with a lady who did homemade tortillas (both flour and corn) and tamales. She was first generation Texican and her mom taught her the tricks. I'd buy 2 or 3 dozen of her tamales and an assortment of the tortillas, and be good for the week.
