i've always found that soft white "fajita" shells taste kinda wierd. i'm still SURE i remember my mom making enchiladas when i was a kid, and she had somehow gotten soft versions of the yellowish taco shells. THOSE were good shit. god i used to love enchiladas, but i just can't get em like mom made anymore... just seasoned beef inside those kickass soft shells, with some kinda red sauce covering them in a shallow pan, with cheese on top. baked for like an hour in the oven. damn they owned!
