I'd call the 10-Minute one-way game its own thing, like Assault or something.
One Flag should be where there's one flag, at like midfield, and the teams battle over it and try to cap it in the enemy base (the defense would try to stop the attackers from bringing the flag in, instead of trying to take it away).
