I'm just looking for a way that we do not loose all those classic maps we have aquired over the years. I am under the belief that there is a way to HACK a pre-3.5 bsp file and add DOM ENTs to it and put it up on a server. Being that it just changes the ENTs the clients do NOT have to download new version of the classic maps, they can still use the ones they have.
Out of the 115 freelance maps on WFAMAPS.com only 2 have DOM ents, and therefore are playable in 3.5. Right?
I just was asking in hopes of finding a way to fix that, not to criticize the current 3.5 maps....I used 2fort2k1 as an example of this haveing already been done by someone...
