I would guess he is talking about when flag runners puss out and run into a spawn room similar to a frightened dog with their tail between their legs (can you tell that annoys me?).
I'd prefer to see the flag runner go straight to the cap point instead of hiding in a spawn room (Elevate, Ofear, Slab to name a few)
