This would be my fault. For some reason when I loaded your .map EVERY SINGLE TEXTURE was jacked up. I spent several hours on each side of the map trying to get stuff lined backup. Ask ss, I was flipping out that I had to correct it. Guess I missed some or never noticed things like the number of lines/flowers/bubbles that were supposed to appear.
Out of all the .maps I touched, yours was the only one where the textures instantly became messed up. Maybe you used a different version of radiant then me. I can only guess.
