Yes, he has improved. As for -A- I don't think he really deserves the tag overall. To be honest, VERY few people (8 or so) in WFA have aim, smarts and the ability to grapple. Give a while and maybe Skillz will make the cut.
Some people like Mikey and Zeddie are pretty good. I've not seen anyone else in -A- that showed me anything special.
