DOH! but you can still see the flames comin threw it and it hits you with the same damage as a regular rocket? hmmm now that doesnt make sense see bullet proof vests do still hurt, but not as much as if it would if you didnt... so maybe they should tone down the damage for the rocket proof vest technique that would make sense but as it is now it just doesnt. floors should blow up!
