Valid point my friend, but because this happens in a virtual reality and not the virginity filled reality you call your 'life' it so happens that the rocket itself is not powerful enough to make a hole through the floor, and so, the heat generated by the explosion created by the rocket that was shot into the floor, in essence burns the player standing above, so therefore, floor damage is really just like being burned by an arsonist.
