command prompt:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
check to make sure your modem is online and that you have a link light from the network card and the cable modem first. If still no ip check to make sure your network card is installed correctly and if still no go call network support cause you may not have any ip's assigned to your node pool or the modem hasnt been configured correctly on thier end.
