I posted below about my downstream speeds going to crap over the last month or two. I found the problem and thought I'd post the link that had the solution.
Some stuff in my registry had changed for some odd reason (thx winME i suspect).
Anyway, www.speedguide.net has some registry tweaks some of you may want to try. (sorry I don't know how to make that a link).
