I had 2 editors opened when making this. I would count the number of units (in blocks of 64) of how long/wide a paricular brush was. I always rounded up to the nearest 64 (because none of the original was on the grid.)
So if something was 115 units wide, I would just make it 128 units wide. So things maybe slighly askew from what your used to.
You'll live.
