Like Arclite said, what you are talking about has nothing to do with a Dom Point.
What you are talking about is a Target_Location, which isnt related to either gametypes and u can put as much as u want to give people info on where they are atm (about 1 per room).
The Dom Point is an entity (rune) that will spawn only in commadpoint mod and can be assimilated to a flag (only u can put 3 instead of 2).
