I also have this in WMV I just remembered, and I see that I can insert media clips and videos, however, I am having a DAMNED hard time getting it to actually go.
I get the object in there, set my beginning and end points and blame.
1) This is bottom rung importance for me, they have me taking incoming calls only at the moment, so this is one of the things I am doing to stay busy. I agree with 90% of the people that receive email; moving pictures/video in the body of it is a toothache. The only idiots that could want this feature are e-Marketers/Spammers, and creators of viruses.
2) Whilst I don't want to receive bloated emails, I kind of think that this should be possible. Sure, the added frames for moving items versus still items is unnecessary bloat, and for the medium of Email, really WHY would you want/need to watch an embedded video....Email 5 years ago allowed us to do this kind of kitschy shit so why the fuck not now? it seems like taking a step backwards to improve most of the other areas in email, however, hack and slash this one moving picture part.
